Scholb Brewing is a family owned company that creates a wide variety of fresh, high-quality beers.  Many styles are bold and hoppy in the West Coast tradition with others following old world styles.  This variety of beer allows our knowledgeable beer servers to find the perfect beer for every person.  Our craft beer is as unique as the people who drink it.

Our small, custom built brewing system, ensures that all our beer styles are consumed when they are the freshest.  Designed by our Head Brewer for safe and efficient operations, with heat integration and water conservation in mind.  Our eight fermenters provide the flexibility needed to keep over 20 beer styles pouring in the tap room at all times, with new styles coming out every few weeks.
